I. Consultation
The process begins with an on-site consultation where we meet with you and evaluate your outdoor space. During this visit, we take all necessary measurements and photos to document the site. This is your opportunity to share your goals, ideas, and must-have features. From there, we begin developing a customized site plan tailored specifically to your property and vision.
II. Schematic Design
In this phase, we develop a schematic design—a conceptual overview that outlines the proposed landscape layout, key aesthetic elements, and functional features. This creative process typically takes several weeks and includes design review meetings to keep you involved every step of the way.
During our first review meeting, we’ll present a preliminary site plan along with inspiration images to help you visualize the space. We’ll gather your feedback, discuss any changes, and schedule a follow-up meeting.
In the next review meeting, we revisit the design with your revisions in place, ensuring that every detail reflects your vision before moving forward.
III. Final Design & Approval
With your feedback incorporated and the site plan refined, we develop a final landscape design that fully reflects your vision and goals. At this stage, we finalize all key elements—including specific plant selections, materials, finishes, and layout details.
This phase ensures that every aspect of your outdoor space is thoughtfully chosen and ready for the build process. Your approval at this stage sets the foundation for a smooth and successful installation.
